Hey Creators,

Have you ever stopped yourself from starting something in fear of being, well, shit?

I have. Countless times.

I recorded my first (ever!) podcast episode last week with co-host and friend Jono. It’s called Creating, and much like this newsletter, we bring you interviews, trends and insights from the creator world.

As a full-time producer, you are aware of what works and doesn’t – a standard.

I can tell you this now: my performance is nowhere near where I want it to be. But I’ve since learnt that the only way to improve is to trust the process and get runs on the board.

Taking action involves the risk of failure, but it results in a blend of progress and improvement.
